What this website collects
If you choose to join, we save your email address, signup time and the version of the wording you agreed to in the club’s Supabase-hosted database. The list is used for club membership communications and activity updates.
Email signup does not verify ownership of the address. No automated welcome emails or newsletters are sent by this website. No member list is published, and no email address is stored in browser storage.
We have not stated a fixed retention period. Analytics and advertising trackers remain off.
Searching and downloading
Resource search and filtering run in your browser. Search terms and selected categories appear in the page URL so you can revisit or share a selection. Avoid entering personal or sensitive information in search; URLs may appear in browser history and hosting request logs. Downloaded worksheets are files you complete locally and are not uploaded to the club.
Hosting and external services
The hosting provider may process technical information needed to serve the site, such as network requests and IP addresses. A private preview may require the hosting provider’s sign-in; that access is managed by the provider, not a club account system.
Links to organisers, databases and other resources take you to separate services with their own privacy practices and access requirements. Their collection practices are not controlled by this site.
Student work and contact
No student names, portraits or completed projects are published in this initial site. Student work and images require approval before publication.
